    According to the 1930s Census, Matthew was 13 living with his father Philip and mother Albina Cozzo and his brothers and sisters Josephine (19), Frank (16), Sylvia (12), Philip (9) and Albina (7) at their home on East 112 St in Manhattan. Both his parents were born in Italy. On May 11th 1938 there is a marriage license with Jeanne Di Russo that was recorded in Staten Island New York. According to the 1940s Census he was 23 living with his wife (then spelled) Jennie Cozzo also age 23, at his brother in law David Druskin (age 35) and sister in law Josephine Druskin's (age 29) home with their two daughters Dorothy Druskin and Gloria Druskin at 201 Willard Ave. in Richmond New York. It shows that he was working at a barber shop. Matthew has lived at 55 Dongan Ave and 54 Galloway Ave in Staten Island New York.
