Matthew Edward Sheahan of Rockbank, Melton City County, VIC Australia was born in 1877 in Coghills Creek, City of Ballarat County to Patrick Sheahan and Ellen Maher Sheahan. He had siblings John Francis Sheahan, Margaret Agnes (Sheahan) Ryan, Catherine Elizabeth Sheahan, Patrick William Sheahan, Eileen Cecelia Sheahan, Mary Ann (Sheahan) Quinlivan, Teresa Josephine Sheahan, Joseph Michael Sheahan, James Andrew Sheahan, Patrick William Sheahan, Thomas Phillip Sheahan, and Daniel Gerald Sheahan. He married Mary Ann (Moran) Sheahan, and had children Winifred Margaret Sheahan, Josh Leonard Sheahan, and Vincent Thomas Shehan. Matthew Sheahan died at age 78 years old in 1955 in Rockbank, Melton City County.
