Maurice Brian Holden was born on July 14, 1939 in Brentford, Middlesex County, UK England to Herbert W Holden and Catherine (Browne) Holden, and had siblings Sheila Constance (Holden) Barbera, John Holden, Albert Holden, Stella M (Holden) Jessop, and Margaret Holden. He married Joan (Spurling) Holden in 1960 and they later divorced in 1975. He had children David Holden and Gary Holden. Maurice Holden died at age 52 years old in 1991 in Switzerland.
