Maxine Phyliss (Faccio) Whitens of Hermansville, Michigan United States was born on August 7, 1936 to Julius Faccio and Dorothy Faccio. She had a brother John "Jack" Faccio. She married George R Whitens on August 24, 1957 at St Mary's Catholic Church in Hermansville, Menominee County, and had children Sandra A Norton, Jeffrey J Whitens, and Cynthia A Nichols. Maxine Whitens died at age 55 years old on December 1, 1991 at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
