She had siblings Sarah E O Becton, Fannie (Becton), Viola (Becton) Burke, and Johnny Warren Becton. She married Marteen Rabtisch on December 6, 1906 in Millen, Jenkins County, and had children Dessie (Rabitsch) Clifton, Laura Bell (Rabitsch) Blifton, Jessie Rabitsch, Neta (Rabitsch) Dailey, Grace (Rabitsch) McMillen, Minnie Lou (Rabitsch) Jenkins, Rosa Mae (Rabitsch) Dailey, and Robert Arnold Rabitsch. Maybelle Rabitsch died at age 79 years old on November 25, 1970 in Millen.

Marteen and Maybelle Rabtisch had 11 children, 8 survived. The children that survived were named Dessie, Laura Bell, Jessie, Neta, Grace, Minnie Lou, Rosa, and Robert. The children that did not survive include a child that was born and died on May 19, 1908, a second infant that was born and died on Sept 20, 1919, and thirdly Infant Augustus Rabitsch who was born and died on Sept 30, 1931.
