Isaac Palmer of Buffalo, Erie County, NY was born on March 7, 1919 in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama United States to Ike Palmer and Carrie Bell (Hargrove) Palmer. He had siblings Oradel Palmer, Robert L. Palmer, Lousie Palmer, Beatrist Palmer, and William Arthur Palmer. Isaac was baptized at Hurricane Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa. He married Rita (Grammer) Palmer in 1945 in Buffalo, Erie County, New York, and had children Ramen Danial, Sharon Palmer, Samuel Palmer, and Menzo Palmer. Isaac Palmer died at age 75 years old on February 21, 1995 at Veterans' Administration Hospital in West Seneca, Erie County, and was buried on February 24, 1995 at Saint Matthews Cemetery in West Seneca.
