    Deceased: MICHAEL B. CAVISH JR.; Date: December 5, 1998 Michael Bernard Cavish Jr., 56, of the 1000 block of Raleigh Ave., died Thursday, Dec. 3, 1998. He was a restaurant entrepreneur and an attorney at law. He founded Fellini's Restaurant in Norfolk and Great Bridge, and formerly owned The Judge's Chambers in Norfolk. He was born in Norfolk and was the son of the late Lucille Virginia Murden Cavish and Michael Bernard Cavish Sr., both formerly of Norfolk. His parents operated the Norfolk Appliance Co. for many years. Mr. Cavish graduated from the University of Virginia in 1965 and earned his law degree from Memphis State University in 1969. He was an active member of the Ghent Business Association and the Elizabeth Manor Golf and Country Club. Survivors include his sister, Donna C. McCullough and her husband, Michael, of Franklin; three nieces, Cheryl McCullough of Arlington, Va., Adrienne McCullough Maxim, and her husband, Kevin, of Atlanta, Ga., and Elizabeth Stuart McCullough of Franklin; three aunts, Virginia S. Murden, Virginia D. Murden and Christine F. Murden, all of Virginia Beach; and a special friend, Gina Moskal. A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Sunday in Ghent United Methodist Church. Burial will be private in Charity United Methodist Church Cemetery in Virginia Beach. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Operation Smile, 717 Boush St., Norfolk, Va. 23510.
