Michael Francis Mogan was born on October 16, 1949 in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania United States. He was married to Genevieve Ann Mogan in 1970 in Chester, Delaware County, and they were together until Michael's death on July 26, 2021 in West Chester, Chester County. He had children Tara Ann Tatasciore, Roseann Michelle Stark, and Michael Francis Mogan Jr.. Michael Mogan was buried on July 31, 2021 at St Peter and Paul Cemetery Rd, in Springfield, Delaware County.
