Michael Joseph Anstey was born on June 15, 1952 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States to George Henry Anstey Sr. and Loretta Winifred Anstey, and had siblings George Henry Anstey Jr., Francis Henry Anstey, Loretta Anne Jones, Suzanne Patricia Hopper, and William Francis Anstey. He married Elizabeth Jane Anstey in 1987 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, and they were married until Michael's death on September 8, 2020 in Delanco, Burlington County, New Jersey. Michael Anstey had children Jacqueline Loretta Anstey and Quintin Michael Anstey.
