Michael was born as a farmer's son. He worked in the fields to help his father in his early years. He worked as a salesman throughout his life, but also went into the ministry full time for 20+ years. Due to health issues and other reasons, he stepped down from the full-time ministry. Mike was a salesman for a bus dealership and sold millions worth of buses to child care centers across the states for 15 years. He did continue to minister to people through social media and filling in at churches.

Health

Mike has had health issues throughout most of his later years. Most of the surgeries he had left his family worried for his life, but he pulled thru all of them. After one surgery, he coded and after an unusual amount of approx 45 minutes, the doctors and nurses refused to give up on compressions, they were finally able to bring him back! It was truly a miracle and a moment in time his kids will never forget. Stories such as people being in the hospital in that moment named Joseph, Mary and even Jesus brought tears and joy to the family as they waited for Mike to recover in the ER.
