Introduction

Michael Pribish was born in Windber to Andrew Pribish (1889-1970) and Katren Glovna (1891-1973), and had siblings John 'Herbie' (1913-2004), Andrew (1914-2015), Mary Ferry (1919-1999), Nicholad (1922-2007), Anna Fedock (born 1924) and Kathryn Pribish (1926-2017). He married Mary Smolen (1918-2011) on May 9th 1942 in Somerset Pennsylvania and they had two daughters and two sons including Eleanor Marie who was born in 1947 and died in 1948.
