    Mike Stankwytch, of Summerville, SC, and formerly of Fayetteville, NC, passed away June 17, 2010, in North Charleston, SC. He was 58. Mike was a member of the US Air Force and a Vietnam Veteran. He had a great love of music and was one of the original members of the Badge Band. He had an instrumental part in the construction of the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge in Charleston, SC. Left to cherish his memories is his wife Alana E. Stankwytch; one daughter Erica Stankwytch Bailey and husband Brian of Fayetteville, NC; one step-daughter Heather Pawlak of Stephens Point, WI; two step-sons Scott Stevens of Shaw Air Force Base, Sumter, SC and Andrew Hendrick of Monroe, NC; one brother Andy Stankwytch and his wife Tina of Troutman, NC; his mother Inez Stankwytch of Fayetteville, NC; his father Rudy Stankwytch of Fayetteville, NC; eight grandchildren, Luke, Elijah, Michael, Justin, Jamie, Zachary, Trevor and Nate. Interment was in Hollywood Cemetery, Lumberton.
