He married Velma (Smith) Rollison on May 24, 1944 in Garden City, Wayne County, Michigan, and they were married until Milton's death on December 7, 1958. He had children Thomas LeRoy Rollison, Russell William Rollison, John Marshal Rollison, Robert Bruce Rollison, Richard Wayne Rollison, and Susan Leora Rollison. Milton Rollison was buried in December 1958 at Purdin Cemetery Unnamed Road, in Purdin, Linn County, MO.

    Milton William Rollison was born on May 30, 1914 in Baltimore, MD to parents William Leroy Rollison (1897-1961) and Myrtle E Marshall (1899-1930). He had a sister Carolyn Maree Rollison (1918-1992). In February 1941, Milton enlisted in the US Army in Baltimore, Maryland. He enlisted in the Infantry branch of the National Guard, which included officers, warrant officers, and enlisted men. H In October 1941, Milton was admitted to a military hospital in North Carolina, diagnosed with a moderate disability that existed prior to his entry into service. He was not injured in the line of duty. He received an honorable discharge in February of the same year due to his disability, and he had served for a period of 9 to 10 months. On May 24, 1944 he married Velma Korene Smith (1921–2008) in Garden City, Wayne, Michigan, USA. The couple went on to have 6 children together including Thomas LeRoy Rollison (1945-2013) and Russell William Rollison (1947-).
