Minnie (Lifschutz) Seiden was born to Louis Lifschutz (1887 - 1963) and Yetta Siebert (1891 - 1975). Her father was born in Ukraine, as was her mother. She had six siblings, including: Gussie, Guyan, Bernard, Benjamin, and Murry. Minnie Lifschutz married Maxwell Mortimer Seiden 1908 - 2000) on December 13, 1938 in New York City and they had two children, a son and a daughter, Judith and Elliot.
