Mittie J Atwater of Portsmouth, Portsmouth City County, VA was born on April 25, 1928 in Selma, Johnston County, North Carolina United States. She was the parent of Michael Edward Atwater, Michelle Marie Atwater, and Mark Winfield Atwater. She was the parent of Linda Lou Moore, and Mary Nell Atwater. She was the parent of Gloria Jean Allen. Mittie Atwater died at age 59 years old on January 16, 1988, and was buried on January 20, 1988.
