    From the El Paso Times; Lowe Mona Lowe, 62, passed away Tuesday December 2, 1997, born September 5, 1935 in Mansfield, Louisiana. She wasa resident of El Paso for 20 years. Mrs. Lowe was a nurse and retired from William Beaumont Army Medical Center in 1971. She was preceded in death by her brother William (Bill) Claude Horn of Dedham Springs, LA, daughter, Jacqueline Lynn Prejean of Baton Rouge, LA and son, Darrel Shane Prejean of Baton Rouge, LA. Mona is survived by her husband, Lionel E. Lowe, of El Paso, TX;son, Paul M. Prejean, Jr. Livonia, LA; daughter, Gwendolyn Ann Stroud of El Paso, TX; son, Richard D Prejean of Middleton, ID:daughter, Tanna Jewell Canon of San Antonio, TX; step-sons Rickey (Bo) Lowe of Jackpot, NV and Steven Gardner of Twin Falls, ID, step-daughter, Mitzie G. Gehring of Caldwel, ID;22 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and sisiter, Delle Lowrance of Zachary, LA. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Kaster-Maxon & Futrell Northeast Chapel, 8817 Dyer. Graveside service will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at Ft. Bliss National Cemetary with CPT Michael Olsen officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital.
