Morton Jett 1895 - 1976

Morton Jett of Jackson, Breathitt County, KY was born on October 12, 1895 to Sim Jett and Mary Jane (Terry) Jett. He had siblings Franklin Pierce Jett and William C. Jett. He married Mary Etta (Judd) Jett on December 24, 1920, and they were married until Mary's death on December 5, 1975. He had children Nancy Evelyn (Jett) Brewer, Morton Jett, and James Russell Jett. Morton Jett died at age 80 years old on March 16, 1976 at at home, Athol Highland Road, in Jackson, and was buried circa March 19.
