He had siblings Rose Florance (Meeker) Petrosky, Grace Virginia (Meeker) Sargis, and Ruth (Meeker) Hall. He was in a relationship with Josephine Frances (Blanchard) Meeker, and had children Frederick Meeker and Patricia (Meeker) Menard. Myles Meeker died at age 81 years old on May 19, 1993.
