    Granny Baker was said to be a witch. Others said she practiced medicine she learned from growing up near and playing with indians as a child. She was senile.for years and even had to have my mother's doll thinking it was her baby. After her passing,mom got it back. Nobody else in the family wanted it when mother died. I haven't seen it since we sold her house. Mother was visited one night and told.by granny to bring the doll and bury it with her She just couldn't let it go
