Introduction

Neal was a leader,soldier and quarter master in the United States army from 1941 until 1945.He saw action in the Philippines. He moved to Cleveland,Ohio in the 1940's and worked as a machinist at Fisher Body in the Cadillac,tank division. He had health issues and died of a heart attack at the age of 31 years old. He grew up on a farm and did farm work before entering into the army.
