Add Memories, Stories & Photos about Rosevelt

Necess lived less than half a mile from my cousin and me, so most summer days, many other days, we would walk, ride our horses, or our bikes to visit him. We just loved spending time one with this old black man. We thought he was wonderful, and he was. I had introduced my best friend in high school to him. While riding around in the country drinking some beer one night, we took our girlfriends to Necess' house. Necess and Mary could not have been happier or prouder that night, and the 4 of us also had a great time. My Mom told me about Necess' passing . It was a time for sadness, but mostly nostalgia and great memories. Thanks Necess.t
