Neil "Bill" Kelcey 1924 - 2008

Neil Kelcey of Mildura, Australia County, Vic Australia was born on October 30, 1924 in Balranald, NSW to Mary Jane (Clugstone) Kelcey and George Cooper Kelcey. He had a brother Raymond Robi Kelcey. He married Elvira Jane (Peterson) Kelcey, and had children Doreen Faye (Grumley) Londrigan, Lesley Joy (Kelcey) Finch, Gina Leanne Kelcey, Helen (Kelcey) Grumley Behmer, Neil Rupert Kelcey Jr., Raylene Jean Kelcey, and Darrel Lyle Kelcey. Neil Kelcey died at age 84 years old on December 16, 2008 in Mildura, VIC, and was buried on December 22, 2008 at Fawkner Memorial Park and Crematorium in Fawkner.
