    Nicholas Teodoro Cotellessa's father was Thomas Cotellessa (1896 - 1971), born in Italy, and his mother was Carmela Mecca (1894 - 1975), also born in Italy. Nicholas was an only child. When he was 18, Nick signed up for the World War II draft. He was living in Stamford and was a student - a senior at Stamford High School. . His next of kin was his mother, Carmella, who lived at the same address (Cardinal Place in Stamford). Nicholas had brown eyes, black hair, and a "dark" complexion. He was 5 ft. 8 in. tall and weighed 160 pounds. When he was 22, Nick was still living with his parents in Stamford Connecticut. Dad was a machine setter in hardware manufacturing. Nick was working at a music school. Nicholas (31), or Nick as he was called, married Nancy F Mancini on May 23, 1959, in Stamford Connecticut. The marriage was officiated by a Roman Catholic priest.
