Berenice Miller-Juffra, was biologically the daughter of Ernest Miller and Lillian Mraz. Ernest and Lillian divorced before 1930 after Lillian became associated with the Juffra brothers; Nick and Frank. Nick and Lillian were married at some point although no record as been found. Nick took in Berenice as his own daughter and she took his last name and she considered Nick her father.
