Nis William Balzer of Lo Rn Australia was born in 1893 in Lower Nicholson, Bairnsdale, VIC to Wilhelm"William" Friedrich Balzer and Rose Ella (Broome) Balzer. He married Rita Mary (Balzer) Vizard. He also married Winifred Norah (Herbert- Noyes) Balzer. Nis Balzer died at age 76 years old on September 26, 1970 in Thornbury, and was buried on September 29, 1970 at Fawkner Memorial Park and Crematorium Sydney Rd, in Fawkner.
