    A resident of St. Amant, he died early Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2007. He was 81 and proudly served his country in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Visitation at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Amant, on Thursday, Aug. 16, from 8:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Donald Blanchard, celebrant. Entombment in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery. Because of the weather, casual attire is appropriate. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Elizabeth Earline LeBourgeois; two daughters, Janis LeBourgeois and Kat Clouatre; three sons and daughters-in-law, Dean and Barbara Frederic LeBourgeois, Stacey and Nancy Riley LeBourgeois and Benjie and Susie Rushing LeBourgeois; grandchildren, Spencer, Stuart and Styles Clouatre, Stephanie Davis, Damien LeBourgeois, Andi Jo Gautreau, Chris and Nathan Califf, Charlotte Stafford, Alex Rose, Memi Zimm, Kristie and Scott Sheets and Melissa Acy; and great-grandchildren, Caleb, Callie, Cole, Claire, Maddie, Aiden, Allie and Abrahm Clouatre, Emma and Abigail Davis, Kami Jo Gautreau, Brody LeBourgeois, Riley Califf, Bailey Stafford, Zack and Haley Zimm, Shelbie, Katelyn, Aspen and Kolby Sheets and Taylor Acy. Preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Octavie LeBourgeois; four sisters, Oral Carr, Mabel Ball, Audrey Bercegeay and Wilma Hall; and two brothers, Valmond and Willard LeBourgeois. Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. He was a member of Holy Rosary Church. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Leola Jackson, Clarence Williams, and the staff at Health Care Options for their care and support. Arrangements by Welsh Funeral Home, 426 W.
