Norbert Dean Karls' History: 1926 - 1962

Uncover new discoveries and connections today by sharing about people & moments from yesterday.
  • Introduction

I am a great niece of Norbert. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to know him, as he passed away 3 years before I was born. Norbert was a younger brother to my grandmother, Inez (Karls) Lucken. He was born to Maude (Marshall) Karls and Joseph Karls. His obituary does not mention that preceding him in death was brother Melvin at the age of 20 in 1929, from possibly rheumatic fever or diphtheria. I believe that Norbert also worked in the Forestry Service.
