Norman Kenneth Parkes of mornington, Vic Australia was born on December 17, 1904 in Colac to Frank Parkes and Annie Maud (Riley) Parkes. He had siblings Sydney Parkes, Cecil Colin Parkes, Sydney Parkes, and Cecil Colin Parkes. He married Gina Azalia Heinrichs, and died at age 71 years old in 1975 in Mornington. Norman Parkes was buried in October 1975 at Springvale Botanical Cemetery Princes Hwy, in Springvale.
