Norman Leslie Wignell of Balwyn, City of Boroondara County, VIC Australia was born in 1899 in Shepparton, Greater Shepparton City County to Rebecca Ann "Annie" Comfort Wignell and Frederick Ebinezer Wignell. He had siblings Alban Medic Allan Wignell, Myra May Wignell, Melba Lyle Mary Wignell, and Charles John Frederick Wignell. Norman Wignell married Vera Josinephine McGuinness in 1919, and died at age 67 years old on July 3, 1967 in Balwyn, City of Boroondara County.
