Norman Thomas Roscoe of Mooroopna, Greater Shepparton City County, VIC Australia was born in 1903 in Devenish, Benalla Rural City County to Annie Margaret (Lidgerwood) Roscoe and Alfred Thomas Roscoe. He had siblings Alfred William Roscoe, Ellen Emma Roscoe, Myrtle May Roscoe, Henry Wilfred Roscoe, Annie Cecilia Roscoe, and Edwin Robert Roscoe. He married Ellen Josine Phillips in 1925, and had a child Peter Thomas Roscoe. Norman Roscoe died at age 69 years old on January 20, 1973 in Mooroopna, Greater Shepparton City County.
