My Dad
He was a dreamer and the best Dad a child could ever have. I remember him in uniform from WWII. He was like a jack of all trades and would fix anything around the neighborhood. So many memories of dancing on his toes, his holding me up in the air so I could pretend flying like an airplane, the card and board games he let me win so I wouldn't feel bad losing. The car rides over what we called the Seven Hills and how he could make the windshield wipers stop on the car like magic when it was raining without shutting the car off. He could draw quite well also. Yes, he was so very special to me and so many memories remain with me from my childhood with him. I have many pictures of him and I treasure them. Hope to upload them to my tree which is humongous. His line goes way, way back to 905 so far and I'm still researching. So many memories Dad. I will never forget you.
