Norman Walter Moothart was born on March 9, 1876 in Black Hawk County, Iowa United States to Julia Ann Leckington, and had siblings Elmer Salomon Moothart, Pheon Moothart, John William Moothart, Cora M. Moothart, Ida B. Moothart, Harry Miles Moothart, Webster Chester Moothart, Dellia (Daisey) B. Moothart, Ida v. Moothart, and Della Daisy Moothart. He married Ollie May Chapman, and had a child Cleo Walter Moothart. Norman Moothart died at age 41 years old on February 7, 1918.
