If this is the same Oco, he worked with my father for the Chinchilla Guild of America in Sacramento, Mesa, Arizona, and he took over for the Chinchilla Guild in Hartford, CT when my father left. This would have been around 1964-1968. He was a very nice man and whenever he visited our home, he always spent time talking with me and he would bring me little gifts. I was very impressed as a child by his kindness. My mom told me he was Native American, but I don't know if that was accurate or not.
