Octavia Florence (Medley) Bonner was born on March 21, 1854 to William Marion Thomas Medley and Laura Ann Medley (Née Morrow), and had siblings John A. Medley, Marcus Tullius Cicero Olmen Medley, Josephine T. Medley, William David Medley, Samuel Thomas Medley, and Laura Jane Medley. Octavia Bonner married James Polk Bonner, and died at age 81 years old on April 17, 1935.
