Odessa and her family lived in Sparta, White County, Tennessee. She married James Ray Robinson (1914-2001) in the year 1943. They had a son named Billy G Robinson born in 1950. Odessa Kirby Robinson died on January 15, 1995 at the age of 82 and is buried at the Corinth Cemetery in White County, Tennessee, USA.
