Olga A. (Parr) Gavula was born to John G. Para and Josephine Para. She had siblings Raymond, Leonard, and Arthur. Olga A. Parr married John J. Gavula in November of 1941 and they had three children who survived her: James, Nancy, and Audrey Gavula. She was also survived by two grandsons. Olga and John operated a farm in Lockport, New York. OLGA A. GAVULA GASPORT - Olga A. Gavula, 73, who had operated a farm with her late husband, John J., died Wednesday (September 22, 1993) in Lockport Memorial Hospital. The former Olga A. Parr was a former Lockport resident and had farmed here for more than 40 years. She was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Home Bureau of Gasport. Surviving are a son, James of Burlington, Massachusetts; two daughters, Nancy Trowbridge and Audrey Waszak, both of Lockport; and two grandsons. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday in St. mary's Catholic Church, 8110 West Avenue.
