Ollie Campbell Jr first married Mary Catherine Janeke on the 10th of January, 1949, in Texas. They had child Ollie Neal Campbell (1952 - 1983) and Ollie and Mary divorced in April of 1976. He then married Joy Beth Evans (1937 - 2003) on May 7, 1976 in Falls County, Texas.
