    PAULSEN, ORVEL G. (NO DATE) Orvel G. Paulsen, 60, of Bonner Springs died Sunday shortly after arrival at Community Hospital here. He had a heart ailment and became ill while visiting relatives in the Onaga community. The son of William and Bonnie Paulsen, he was born February 8, 1916 and passed away November 28 at the age of 60 years and nine months. He was born near Havensville and spent his early life in the Havensville community. He was a farmer in the Onaga and Emmett communities for several years then moved to Leavenworth County and was a carpenter for many years. He was married to Rose Marie Bonjour June 15, 1947. She survives. Other survivors include two sons, Don Paulsen and Ricky Paulsen, both of Bonner Springs; two sisters, Mrs. Ruth Grossnickle, Onaga, and Mrs. Dorothy Hess, Kansas City, Kansas; three brothers, William Paulsen, Lewis “Pete” Paulsen and Wesley Paulsen, all of Onaga, and a granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and one brother, Claude. Funeral services were at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Tessendorf Mortuary Chapel, with interment at the Neuchatel cemetery.
