He was an army military 'brat' & attended many schools. His family moved to the San Antonio, TX area when he was a senior and he attended/graduated from Roosevelt HS in 1973...then he joined the air force. He went to boot camp at Lackland AFB and was then assigned to Lakenheath in Ipswich, England, where he was stationed for 5 years. Oscar was then transferred to Edward AFB in Lancaster, CA. He ended his military career there and then moved back to Texas.
