  • Introduction

I am the surviving spouse of Oscar L. Midgette. We were united into holy matrimony on July 11, 1970. The marriage ended with his passing on July 4, 1998. My husband was a loving husband who returned from Vietnam after being exposed to Agent Orange. He made every effort to return to civilian life, adjust and return to normalcy. However, after many years of struggling with war-related illness, he passed due to lung cancer that was Agent Orange related.
