Otello John Costanzo was born on August 26, 1926 in Marzi, Province of Cosenza County, Calabria Italy. He was married to Elizabeth Helen Costanzo in 1952 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States, and they were together until Otello's death on August 19, 2006 in Warrington, Bucks County United States. He had children John Francis Costanzo, Marianne Elizabeth McCole, Paul Joseph Costanzo, Mark David Costanzo, James Charles Costanzo, and Michael Phillip Costanzo. Otello Costanzo was buried on August 24, 2006 at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery 1215 Super Highway, in Langhorne.
