He was my grandfather. He loved to garden. He grew gladiolus. He replaced diacondria sitting on a small stool. He loved me. We watched the horse races & ate ice cream. He was a warm, giving man. He & my grandma played cards & cribbage. She gave him a pretty hard time but he took it all gracefully.
