    Patricia Ann Allen Patricia Ann Allen, 83, of Decatur, died Friday, Dec. 22, 2017. Funeral is 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 28, at Jones Family Funeral Home in Decatur with burial at Albuquerque, N.M. Patricia was born Dec. 15, 1934, in Marion, Ohio, to Thomas and Minnie (Post) McKinstry. She was married to Jimmy Lee Allen Sr. Patricia was a Christian and loved her family. She was preceded in death by her husband; and brother Don McKinstry. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Zoppe and husband, Brian; sons Jim Allen Jr. and wife, Catalina, and Jerry Allen and wife, Stacy; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
