Born Pansy C Hale to Charles V Hale & Mable C Upton. The first of 7 on a small Ozark farm. She first came to California in 1937 and stayed until her retirement in 1981. She owned her own business and was active in her community. She was loved by many and had countless friends and lifelong clients in the Glendale/LA area. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband of 50 years, Paul F Schaberg. They are buried side by side at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA. She leaves one daughter, Sarah R. Schaberg, of Glendale, CA. Three grandsons, Patrick Paul Foor of Glendale, CA, Paul Gabriel Foor of UC Merced Campus, CA, Parker James Foor of Glendale, CA, and one great granddaughter, Ruby Joy Foor of Glendale, CA. She was known to those of us very close to her as "Mummy" because she was much too young at heart and soul to be called "grandma." Everyday we miss her more. (Though it's now been 12 years, it makes no difference) In heaven she waits and she watches, so we're careful in all that we do, until we see her again.
