Exceptional Student
She was an exceptional student, I’ve always followed her career and she turned out to be an amazing Clinical Psychologist- PSY.D.
I didn’t think she would have made it working within the prison system, but she grew tough skin and did the hard work. She respected inmates and was admired for her courage and ability to see through all of the many layers of the criminally insane. She has an uncanny ability to make a person feel good about themselves and others; her choice to specialize in “Substance Abuse, Crime Victims, and the Criminality Insane. This was a huge leap; and I warned her against this choice as her Professor and Mentor, however she was set to practice this area of psychiatry. It was a pleasure to see her grow, learn and love psychiatry in a way I could understand.
