Paul Fulmer was born circa January 27, 1929 in Kittanning, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania United States to Reanie Lenore (Waugaman) Fulmer and Roy Fulmer, and had siblings Ida Fulmer, Frank Fulmer, Charles B. Fulmer, Roy Fulmer, and Anna Fulmer. He married Delores (Bobberts) Fulmer on September 26, 1950, and died at age 85 years old circa March 13, 2014 at Butler in Butler County. Paul Fulmer was buried circa March 2014 at Summit Presbyterian Church Cemetery 181 Caldwell Dr., in Butler.
