Percy Stuart Shugg was born on September 8, 1881 at Pine Grove Victoria in Australia to James Shugg and Annie Lang Shugg, and had siblings Beatrice Maud Shugg, Fanny Mabel Shugg, Essie Eveline Shugg, Ethel Rubelle Shugg, Vivian Cuthbert Shugg, Leslie Vernon Shugg, Alice Shugg, Vera Bessie Shugg, Cora Merle Shugg, Ethel Ruebelle Shugg, Vivian Cuthbert Shugg, Alice Shugg, Leonard Eular Shugg, and Percy Stuart Shugg. He married Katherine Berryman (Richards) Shugg in September 1919 in St Ives, Cornwall County, England United Kingdom, and they were married until Percy's death on February 19, 1958. He had children Ina Winifred Shugg, Dorothy Yvonne (Shugg) Oakman, and Muriel Anne (Shugg) Heagney. Percy Shugg was buried at Sale Public Cemetery 1386 Maffra-Sale Rd, in Sale, Wellington Shire County, VIC.
