Cousin Phil Duris
Phil or Felipe as I used to call him, was an amazing guy with a huge heart. He was funny, compassionate, extremely intelligent (which meant he always had a lot of interesting things to say) a great chess player and not so great ping pong and tennis player 😂 but above all an extremely loyal friend, which everything combined made him my favorite cousin of all time. He was also an accomplished writer and poet, and above all he was an inspirational guy having lived through the tragic early deaths of both of his parents. I think of him often and will miss him forever. The love of God and my love is with you always Brother, and we will meet again may The Good Lord continue to hold you in the palm of his hand. 🙏
