Philip Intsiful was a good man. I am on Facebook Victoria Byrd. And I met Philip Intsiful in college at UDC. Philip Intsiful was very handsome and smart. Philip Intsiful was on the dean's list. Philip Intsiful graduated from UDC college with a associate degree and a bachelor's degree. RIP. From girlfriend Vicky Byrd.

I am sorry about Philip, he was my good friend, and Philip had a nice personality and he was very handsome, and Philip was so nice, I will remember Philip always and forever, this is his girlfriend Vicky from Washington, DC, my family loved and will always remember him, I met Philip at the University of the district of Columbia, Philip was a good man, may he rest in peace, with love, Philip girlfriend Vicky Byrd.
