Philip Carne died at age 73 years old on September 19, 1932 at Euroa in Victoria Australia.

    The Argus, Melbourne. 24 September 1932. CARNE. - On the 19th September, at Penzance, Euroa, Philip Edwards, beloved husband of the late Marienne Farrance, and beloved brother of Mrs. Bee, Wyalkatchem, ( W. A. ), and Richard E. Carne, J.P. ( Watchem ). Aged 74 years.
